Shipping:

Products sold at Taylorequipmentsupply.com, can be shipped within the continental United States only. Taylorequipmentsupply.com reserves the right to make delivery in installments. Products will be shipped via ground and/or shipped via freight (common carrier). Freight shipments are loading dock only. Taylorequipmentsupply.com may choose to ship your order direct from Port Jefferson, NY or drop-ship from the manufacturer. Please call 631-928-2555, if your order requires express ( Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.) In case of shortage or damage, notify the delivering transportation agent and file a claim immediately.

Return Policy:

All sales final, cancellations are not permitted. Exceptions and exchanges can be made at our discretion. All returns must be authorized in advance. Returns will require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, supplied by calling 631-928-2555. Product returns must be un-used condition, shipped in the original carton, including original packing slip. A 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the return credit. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges. No returns or exchanges on parts orders.

Warranty Policy: All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty policy.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a delay in filling orders. Taylorequipmentsupply.com is in no way liable for claims in incidental or consequential damages connected in the manufacture, sale, delivery, or use of any of its products.
